Wayne Gretzky – born in 1961 played as centre from 1978 to 1999. Entered the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1999. He wasn’t an athletic player but thanks to his intelligence and ability to read and predict the game he was called “Einstein of Hockey”.

Mario Lemieux – born in 1965, played for Pittsburgh Penguins as a forward for 17th seasons, between 1984 and 2006. He is the only person ever to win the Stanly Cup as player(1991 and 1992) and as owner(2009 as owner of Pittsburgh Penguins). (more…)
